Can't find your order number?
It is in the subject line of your confirmation email, and starts with #. If the email hasn't arrived, check spam for messages from [email protected]. Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll look it up.
When does tracking start working?
A tracking number appears once the parcel is handed to the courier, usually within 24 hours of ordering. Before that the order shows as confirmed but has no movement yet — that's normal, not a problem.
