Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship across India to more than 26,000 pin codes through our logistics partner, Shiprocket. All orders are dispatched from our facility at 79 Sandesh Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi 110034.
Dispatch and delivery times
- In-stock pieces are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being confirmed, on working days.
- Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days to most metros, and up to 7 working days for remote pin codes and the North East.
- Made-to-order pieces, including any bracelet built with our online builder, are strung after you order. These dispatch in about 5 working days rather than 24 hours.
Prepaid orders are picked up a day earlier than cash-on-delivery orders.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on every order of ₹999 or more, prepaid or cash on delivery.
- Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹79, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cash on delivery carries an additional ₹49 handling fee, charged by the courier.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as the courier picks up your parcel. You can also track any order from the Orders page of your account.
If delivery fails
Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail, or if the address is incorrect or unreachable, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange a redelivery. For prepaid orders we will either redeliver at no extra cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Delays outside our control
Once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is in their hands. Strikes, weather, festival-season volume and local restrictions can add days to a delivery. We will help you chase it, but we cannot guarantee courier timelines.
