Finding your size
Every Mannka bracelet is strung on braided elastic, so it stretches over the hand and settles at the wrist. You want it snug, not tight — about one finger of give.
Measure in thirty seconds
- Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, just below the wrist bone, where a watch sits.
- Mark where it overlaps with a pen, then lay the strip flat against a ruler.
- Add 1.5 cm to that number. Beads sit on top of the wrist, so the bracelet needs to travel slightly further around than a flat tape does.
No paper? A measuring tape works, but don't pull it tight — rest it on the skin.

If you're between two sizes
Go with the smaller one. Elastic gives over the first few weeks of wear, and a bracelet that starts slightly snug ends up right. One that starts loose only gets looser and eventually spins on the wrist, which wears the elastic through faster.
Buying it as a gift
If you can't measure their wrist without spoiling the surprise, order Medium. It fits the majority of adult wrists, and we resize any bracelet once, free — you only pay to post it back. There's no time limit on that.
8mm beads and how they wear
All our stones are cut to 8mm. That's the size that reads as jewellery rather than as a mala, and it stacks well if you wear more than one. A single 8mm bracelet weighs roughly 26 grams — enough to feel present on the wrist, light enough to forget you're wearing it.
