Return & Exchange Policy

The short version

You have 7 days from delivery to return anything for any reason. We arrange the pickup from your address. Fewer than 2% of our orders come back, and we would rather take one back than have a piece you do not wear.

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 99109 29990 or email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
2. Tell us your order number and what is wrong.
3. We arrange a courier pickup from your address, usually within 2 to 3 working days.
4. Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick check, we process your refund.

Free resizing

Every bracelet can be resized once, free of charge, including made-to-order ones. Send it back and we restring it to your measurement. You pay nothing either way.

Exchanges

You can exchange any piece for another of equal or higher value within the same 7-day window. If the new piece costs more, we send you a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.

What we cannot take back

• Pieces returned after 7 days from delivery.
• Pieces that have been damaged, altered or resized by someone else.
• Made-to-order bracelets cancelled more than 12 hours after ordering. Within 12 hours you can cancel free; after that, we have already cut and strung it to your combination.
• Anything bought as part of a clearance or final-sale drop, where this is stated on the product page.

Natural stone is not uniform

Our beads are cut from natural semi-precious stone. Banding, tone and inclusions vary from bead to bead and from piece to piece — two Tiger Eye bracelets will not look identical, and that is the nature of the material rather than a defect. We photograph and render honestly, but a stone will always have its own character in the hand.

If something arrives damaged

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid. You do not need to argue the case with us.

Return address

Returns are collected from you by courier, so you do not normally need this. If you are sending something back yourself, address it to:
