What we never see
We do not receive, store or process your card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway. Your card number, CVV and UPI PIN go directly to them and never touch our servers.
Why we hold it
- To pack, ship and deliver your order, and to let you track it.
- To answer your questions and process returns and refunds.
- To meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- To send you order updates. Marketing messages only go to people who asked for them.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that have to, and only the part they need:
- Shiprocket and the courier assigned to your parcel — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver it.
- Our payment gateway — the amount and an order reference.
- Our hosting provider — as a consequence of running the site.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your shopping bag between pages, keep you signed in, and understand which pages people actually read. You can block cookies in your browser; the bag and checkout will stop working if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Chat messages and enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
Email [email protected] and you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
This store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
